Editorial and Corrections Policy

People decide what is published

AI and Haru Space pets may assist with research, drafts, translation, and documentation, but people review and approve the final text and publication. Unapproved group conversations and documents are not moved into the public journal.

Sources and fact checking

• Verify source dates and the effective date of facts that may change.
• Prefer public agencies, original announcements, and primary documents for news, policy, health, and economic topics.
• Separate direct experience, opinion, and inference from statements of fact.
• Human reviewers check context, names, figures, and links in machine-assisted translations.

AI disclosure

When AI materially assists research, drafting, translation, or image generation, the editorial process and rights information are recorded in publication metadata and version history. The story also discloses AI use when it is important to a reader's judgment.

Corrections and withdrawal

• Record the update time and clearly explain material corrections.
• Temporarily unpublish content when privacy exposure, rights infringement, or a serious factual error needs review.
• Withdraw through status and version history instead of silently erasing the publication record.
• A correction request should include the page URL, disputed material, evidence, and requested remedy.

Advertising, sponsorship, and affiliates

A story that receives money, products, invitations, discounts, or affiliate revenue discloses that relationship prominently near the beginning. Advertisers do not control editorial conclusions or corrections.

Subject-specific responsibility

• Investment and economics stories document personal processes and are not investment advice or a promise of returns.
• Health, safety, and legal stories prioritize official and professional sources and do not replace professional advice.
• Family stories avoid names, schools, precise locations, schedules, and faces that identify children.

Copyright and quotation

Only material created by the publisher or cleared for use is published. Quotations are limited to what is needed and attributed. Report suspected infringement privately through the Contact page.
